A very good novel, it has all the right elements: mystery; danger; incredible romance; and not one, but two villains bent on revenge. I have read several books by Ms. Ashley and I have really enjoyed all of them; this book is no exception. Highly recommended!

This is a great book and very entertaining . I would recommend this book to anyone who loves vampire tells .
This is the third Amanda Ashley book I've read and while I still enjoyed it, I found it to be less well written. The dialog was a bit undeveloped (seemed sort of forced at times) and the plot left a bit to be desired. Overall it was okay, but nothing special.
I liked it. I loved hearing the story of Mara, there was just a few things I didn't grasp, but all in all I really enjoyed the story.
Amanda Ashley is a wonderful writer especially when she writes vampire love stories! She has you literally sitting off your seat ! Once you start reading its impossible to put the book down! You will want to read the whole series!
I am a big fan of Madeline Baker (aka Amanda Ashley), especially her early work, but I have been sorely disappointed in her writing during the last decade. I am sick of the "new norm" of vapid heroines (who love chocolate), flat dialogue, sloppy editing (not her fault), and tepid romance. I would really hate to give up on this old favorite, but folks, she don't write 'em like she used to.

And one other thing to romance writers of a certain age - no self-respecting modern heroine wears "slacks." Ever. For any reason.

I read this one book Nights's Touch by Amanda Ashley long before I knew it was a part of a Series. I thoroughly enjoyed it then and look forward to reading it again...except this time is going to be different due to I am trying to gather all the books in the Series or at least a good bit of them from start to finish. And then I will start my Series. Amanda Ashley is an author whom catches you fast in her books and mesmerizes you all the way to the end.
So if Vampire's catch your interest or makes your toes curl...Amanda Ashley is your girl! v-v
